We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at Contact@TrendTreki.Shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions.
We offer free return shipping on all eligible items. We’ll send you a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
There are no restocking fees, and no items are marked as final sale—so you can shop confidently.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at Contact@TrendTreki.Shop. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We currently don’t process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
