Welcome to TrendTreki! This Billing Terms & Conditions page explains how billing, payments, and order processing are handled when you shop with us. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information at checkout, you authorize TrendTreki and our payment processors (via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other partners) to charge your credit card, debit card, or digital wallet for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any additional fees disclosed before purchase.

No charges are made until your order has been confirmed and processed successfully.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Shop Pay (through Shopify Payments)

All transactions are processed securely in USD (United States Dollars). Currency conversions may apply if you’re shopping from outside the United States.


3. Order Confirmation

After your payment has been approved, you’ll receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and billing information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at Contact@TrendTreki.Shop.

Order confirmations serve as verification that your payment was received and your order was placed successfully.


4. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information at all times.
If your billing information changes after placing an order, please inform us immediately to avoid shipping or processing delays.

TrendTreki reserves the right to cancel any order if inaccurate or fraudulent billing information is detected.


5. Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed. We recommend verifying with your bank or card provider that sufficient funds are available and that your account supports online or international transactions.

If a payment attempt fails multiple times, please contact us or use an alternative payment method.


6. Taxes and Duties

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or taxes, which are determined and collected by your local customs authorities. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your purchase total.


7. Fraud Prevention

TrendTreki uses Shopify’s built‑in fraud prevention tools to detect and prevent unauthorized transactions.
We may place an order on hold or request ID verification if suspicious activity is detected. Orders will only ship once verified.


8. Refunds & Disputed Charges

All refunds follow our official Return & Refund Policy.
If you dispute a charge, contact us first before filing a claim with your bank or payment provider — we’re happy to review and resolve the issue promptly.

Unauthorized chargeback claims may result in suspension or permanent blocking of future purchases.
