How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if they haven't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at Contact@TrendTreki.Shop.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes! Select "Gift Order" at checkout and add your personal message in the notes field.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our California warehouse, including US, UAE, Australia, Europe, and 230+ destinations.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking emails are sent within 24 hours of shipment. It may take up to 24 additional hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

What is your return policy?
30-day returns with free return shipping and no restocking fees. Items must be unused with tags attached. See our full Return Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email Contact@TrendTreki.Shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. Allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions use SSL encryption for security.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes! We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never store full card details.
Why was my payment declined?

Do your products shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. Follow care label instructions for best results.
